OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College (赌钱app可以微信提现) is pleased to announce the appointment of Elisa Waldman to Vice President of Workforce Development and Continuing Education. In this role Waldman will foster key relationships within the community and represent 赌钱app可以微信提现 as a leader in workforce and economic development.

In addition to adding emphasis to 赌钱app可以微信提现’s workforce development courses and opportunities, Waldman will provide executive leadership to the 赌钱app可以微信提现 Continuing Education branch. She will serve on the President’s Cabinet and influence operational and policy decisions for the College.

“Strengthening our workforce is critical to recovering from the pandemic and ensuring future opportunities for our community,” said Waldman. “The 赌钱app可以微信提现 Workforce Development and Continuing Education team offers powerful training for businesses and individuals. I am truly honored to lead the efforts of 赌钱app可以微信提现 in this meaningful work.”

In her previous role as Dean of Continuing Education, Waldman is credited with providing strategic direction in programming, budgets, metrics, marketing and operational support. In addition to maintaining branch operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, Waldman recently helped launch a dynamic digital catalog for Continuing Education courses; expanded programs and training opportunities across a variety of subjects; and created a weekly series of free, instructor-led courses known as ED Talks.

Waldman has enjoyed a wide-ranging career at 赌钱app可以微信提现 that began in 2005 as an independent contractor. She offered consulting services through the Kansas Small Business Development Center (KSBDC) — the same resource that helped her launch a business eight years prior. Additionally, Waldman is a local attorney and currently teaches Business Law I and Legal Analysis and Writing at 赌钱app可以微信提现.
